You are NOT alone. We are all all survivors constantly adapting to overcome whatever obstacles we face. It can get confusing, knowing which way to go, so we use unhealthy ways to escape at times. This is where I hope to be of some help. The last 7 years have been filled with meeting those hurt, fearful, & imprisoned during some of their darkest times. It is the most fulfilling thing to see someone see themselves in a new light... to be free of the past with motivation for the future. My aim is to help my clients identify the path they are on, where they want to be, and us build the skills needed to reach their goals. My experience ranges from outpatient/inpatient therapy with children & adolescents in foster care, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Individual/group counseling for outpatient/inpatient/jail with men & women that struggle with severe mental health illnesses, eating disorders, and substance abuse. I offer a safe and comfortable place to heal and grow. I know you want to feel free, to be the person you were meant to be, and to live a healthy and meaningful life. So, where do you want to start? I believe that I can at least help you figure that out and then we can build some momentum together between your ideas for the future and my experience... It's time. I'm looking forward to getting started.

Hi, my name is Rhea Kisling. I am passionate about supporting anyone who is seeking to better their situation. Regardless of our backgrounds, education or life experiences, we all seek to be fulfilled, loved and achieve some level of success or happiness. You can overcome your past hurts, set new life goals, and learn powerful skills for coping when life sends us unexpected and unfortunate challenges. It seems like just yesterday when I started working with families and children then eventually moved to working primarily with adults, but I’ve been working in the behavioral health field for over 20 years. I have experience helping individuals work through a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, to name just a few. I am hopeful that each session is impactful in some way and that my clients can find some idea or technique that is helpful to their situation. Oftentimes there is homework involved, a technique to practice between sessions or an idea to mull over. In any event, the importance of application to one’s life is key. I look forward to meeting you!
